The Inevitable Revolving Door

Gloria Denise

please don’t leave me

Cause I know you will

Eventually, they all do

At least once they’ve gotten their fill

I know the day is coming

It’ll be quick and cold

then you’ll gaslight me crazy

and say: this is why you’ll be forever alone

To think I trusted them

with everything I have

showed them the special parts of me

and now I’m crying over a pen and pad

I can feel our conversations

getting weak and slow

I can tell your being distant

and then its murder she wrote

I know you’ll leave

and yet I go through these motions each time

cause my care is built different

I can’t pretend that it’ll be all fine

It hasn’t even happened yet

but I can feel the numb

it hasn’t happened yet

but your text says we’re done

yeah I think we’re done

Never predict the future your beliefs can lead things to happen. Think positive and positive will occur. Nice write.
