Under the Mausoleum Door

Beatrix M

In the silken web of night's ebony cocoon,
I waltz with ravens in the Acherontic winds,
Barghest's gaze, verdant vine entwines decay,
the ossuary's secrets, a labyrinthine maze,
eyes - fiery meteor that burns within my breast,
mirror's crimson glass, where reflections writhe,
dark aria - vaulted halls - a rosary of bones I kiss.

Fine words here leaving a gothic feel to a dark poem. I loved the last line. "A rosary of bones I kiss" what an image. "
