To put Up my little Stars

J. Midnight

A speckled dust in the seams

Radiates among the night sky

Luminating white beams of dreams

Where the beauty at rest in the eye

Brings light to gaze

A star that tames the eye

To its hope and days

Captivated, I wonder why

In life to live is to be love

Among the stars that forgive

Hopes, beyond the eyes above

In a star of hopes to live

Intricate internal rhyme as well as end rhyme mark the first of this work. Nicely done.

Beautifully visual. I enjoyed your lines very much and where my thoughts drifted. Have a happy Sunday.
