THE GOAT
Our 9-5's are a system
a system for the men above us
to profitize off our precious hours
like scientists and mice
9-5's are like a like a trap
enticing young folk with "big salaries"
but forgetting to include the
vacums of taxes and costs of living
9-5's are like a safe way out
a scaredy cats solution to a broken problem
why spend so much time
on something tried and trusted
So I ask your mind for a chance
a chance to reconcile a choice
for a chance to save your precious hours
against the scientists that are coporate pigs.
