You introduced me to the phrase fatherly love

Glasswing

Ever since you came into my life, I've come to understand the true essence of a man's love. I now see it as a comforting, steaming cup of hot cocoa with fluffy marshmallows slowly melting on top, enveloping me in warmth on a cold, snowy day. It's a haven shielding me from the heavy rain, offering unconditional support without constraining chains. This love is as consistent as our resistance to change.

Your embrace opened my eyes to the realization that a man's powerful arms are not meant for inflicting harm, but for providing protection and comfort. Because of you, I no longer fear the strength of a man's arms.

So, when someone asks me about a positive male role model in my life, I proudly say, "My big brother. He has shown me the true meaning of a man's love."

Thank you, big brother, for not only teaching me but all three of us about fatherly love.

A most beautiful tribute to brotherly love. Nicely penned I was initially led to believe that you were speaking of a lover not a brother but when revealed it became all the better for in the end a lover reflect passion and true love is more all encompassing.
