if I’m off I’m probably punching my bed in anger

pain is something
thats internal
its in your mind
its all in your head
the pain on the outside
is not as bad as the embarrassment
on the inside
some pain is in death
but you must be courageous
and take it lightly
for death is the begging of life!

According to neuroscientists, our brains recreate what we hear, feel, say, touch, and taste. Perhaps we create our own realities which are part of the ultimate reality. Nice write.

So complaining of chronic pain to my Doctor got me the advice of going to a pain specialist. I did not, thinking I was already one. Good work.
