Go Figure, Eight

MendedFences27

Go Figure, Eight.

Praise comes with a price

like a loan that's overdue.

Fame is like a gunslinger.

Wanted dead or alive.

Creativity can be God-like

making something out of nothing..

Shadows have two faces

one of Jekyll, the other of Hyde.

Truth like clay, can be pliable

but both will melt in the heat of light.

If Peace is the objective,

War can never be the means.

Hatred weakens those who possess it.

Which looks worse on teens

their jeans or their genes?

Taoist in nature this looks at both sides. Nicely stated.

A generous serving of wisdom, this. Well done.

Looking at situations from all sides, surely has to be a good thing. If more did that, perhaps there might be less conflict. I like the thoughts you have shared here MF. I sensed the wisdom.

Thank you, Cassie. Your comment made me think of this - "Love is like buying a car. You have to look at it from all sides." Your right people can be near-sighted.
