Brown Leather Jacket

Cocamedo

Last night

I sat on the porch

All alone

The trees

And the breeze

Sent chills to the bone

I searched

For a coat

But none of them fit

Suddenly

I came upon

An old Jacket

My favorite

Brown leather

Still tattered and worn

Reminded

Of when

This had once kept you warm

Nostalgic, sadly sweet, very nicely written.
