Luke and Loretta!

   Luke and Loretta are two characters from past stories. They’ve been married three years now; friends of Lexer and Lael; they share quite a bit of history! Loretta met Lael the day she found the perfect ring! Luke met Lael the day Loretta pointed it out to him. Lexer and Luke go way back; there’s nothing one won’t do for the other; it doesn’t get better than that. Loretta was there for Lael when her ex broke up with her; Lael was completely heart broken at first. But she soon started building up walls to guard her heart; not even Luke can break through; seems with walls, Lael won’t part. Burying herself in work. Keeping busy. No time to deal with pain. She knows it won’t be long until she breaks down again.  Luke has told Lexer all about this sweet woman Lael; but he’s not sure these walls can be torn down; can Lexer be capable? Both Lexer and Lael have some hurt to work through; can two people with heavy baggage find love again? I think they can; how about you?
