Hide Yourself

Dev Parth

In the shadows where whispers lie,

Hide yourself, beneath the sky.

Veil your thoughts, let them not show,

In the silence, let them grow.

In the crowd, be just a face,

A fleeting form, a fleeting grace.

Hide your dreams, keep them inside,

In your heart, let them reside.

But in the dark, when no one sees,

Unleash your soul, set it at ease.

For in the quiet, you’ll find your way,

When the world has nothing to say.

Although listening to others can be helpful making ones own decisions is always best. Great write

Polished , neat and direct to me. I like that mode, but know I must balance with the outside world too.
