Trying to believe
To believe in myself
To believe in this love
A love that is distant
Far away and hidden

The partner I forced to live in the shadows
My light is getting dim
I’m having trouble guiding the way
She has the fuel, but doesn’t know where she left it
Somewhere in the shadows
