I didn't mind the snow
But I didn't care for it
Now the cold tells a different story
In the season where something was missing
I see you in a closer distance
And it's clear why it felt
Like a dream I couldn't reach
Like a language I couldn't speak
Like I was a wildfire
And needed something to balance me
So winter is fine, now that you're 'mine'
It's perfectly real, it's perfectly white.

Associations form strong bonds. Lovely
Sometimes opposites make of the best pairing in poetry and relationships-nice write…
