I watched as pools welled up
Red rivers erupting
And I looked down to see
The skin of my arm like a leather case
Opened up for the first time
With browned cobwebs clinging to my arms
And I woke from the trance
Screaming in my head
What have I done what have I done
When did this happen
How was I so out of control
So scared that one day I'll be out of control
And I'll look down to see that
my arms will be split open like an used suitcase
my skin merely draped over my flesh
skinned and skinned again
lines redrawn, skin redraped.
And the day after I won't be able to deal with the fear of who I have become
