My mind bursts like the storm,
The body observed,
Calm as a camel.
Silence...
The mind doesn't.
I have come to a point
Where the mind bursts,
And the fear gets destroyed.
I no longer fear,
I finally live
Now,
Calm.
The storm plays...
I play along with it,
In realization that no matter what man does,
Death is
His destination.
Therefore,
Why live in fear?
When death is already guaranteed.
So fear what?
When even tomorrow never
Comes.

- Comment from author about the poem: When you begin to truly live in the present moment, you start to dissolve the fear that clings to the uncertainties of tomorrow. Tomorrow is merely an illusion—a construct of the mind—while death remains the inevitable destination for all. Living in fear, burdened by worries and depression over what might happen, solves nothing; it only deepens the cycle of anxiety and regret. Fear of failure, fear of pursuing your true desires because of what others might think—these are the chains that bind you. To carry this fear is to imprison yourself in a never-ending loop of stress, worry, and despair. But to live now, fully and freely, is to let go of these fears. It’s not that you won’t encounter fear; rather, you won’t allow it to take hold of you. Instead, you release yourself to the flow of life, recognizing that the thought of stress itself begets more stress, and the worry about worry is a self-perpetuating cycle that can only be broken by surrendering to the present. This is not about eradicating fear, but about embracing the understanding that fear need not dominate your existence. By letting go, you free yourself from the burdens of imagined tomorrows and begin to experience the fullness of life as it unfolds, moment by moment.
