THE QUEEN

Jude Chukwuemeka Muoneke

Notice of absence from Jude Chukwuemeka Muoneke
I will surely get back to you when I come online.

A unique day
Has come,
To remember
The joyful tears.

Like the birth
Of Queen Eliza,
You came
To fulfill purpose.

Ada diora mma
The seed
Of greatness,
Lies in her womb.

Eberechukwu
Lightens her life
Ginikachukwu
Her bone of comfort.

Precious and priceless
You are to a heart,
Indeed!
Chinaza-ekpere.

On this
Auspicious day
We remember and rejoice
Of your womb escape.

Muoneke
Is not asleep,
Soon, many mouths
will water,
Echi dime.
