Paper lantern

FrasMac

Paper lantern

translucent

façade, paper thin

hides nothing.

She glows from within.

the dark moth,

wings, paper thin

lies weakened.

I rise, now and then:

she rises

shedding light on her way,

I spiral

in dance, round her flame.

Thanks Dave, I most certainly will be commenting and adding more of my own posts, as I find my way around. So, what's the skinny with these backslashes then? Do I need to learn code or the secret handshake?

      • Doggerel Dave

Nah - just keep at it before you send; and if they appear go back one step and eliminate - you'll get all the little foible of the programme in the end...

Anyway, welcome to....ah I've already done that....
