Notice of absence from NinjaGirl
Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

It should have been me
You should have told me you loved me
Not him
And maybe you see that now but you didn’t then
Don’t you realize?
You fix your outer family but you break your inner one
The guilt i felt
The blame i put on myself–all because of your text
Oh mother
You know you hold quite the power on your little ones
And now
You used your power against me
And I’m gone.
