When You Kiss My Pulse

A Boy With Roses

Piercing through the silence
Love, so anacreontic and dark
Riding a bull in the blistering sun
Blinded by regret and pleasure

I have grown tired of this place
This dazzling daze
As pure as a river pouring into me
Yes, yes, yes

You make me feel like I am nothing
Consumed by a sea of loneliness
I adore the way we get lost
With no serendipity
With no deus ex machina
With no fucks given

I come back to you
Dissolving absolutes
Painting soft clouds of desire
This time I won't wonder
Am I right or am I wrong?
Shooting stars dance with pity
A rush of ecstasy fading
When you kiss my pulse

Reality is a tragedy I can't define
A boy like me dying from boredom
Happiness leaving like a poem
Coughing when you spit in my hole
I hear the bells fading
The depature of the tide
Tears in a meadow
Find the sand, draw the line
When you look in my eyes I die every time
When you look in my eyes
I die every time.
