The eternal return

Ellen Marsell

Destiny or not, death lasts long
but you know, everything ends
with an eternal return.
Hearts beating in the chest
of two petrified statues
like the shore of a dead volcano,
which not even damnation can stop.
An icy light of fire that blazes
in the memory of eternity.
Message of desire expressed in a flame.
The house is waiting for us again,
impregnated with juices and scents
an old Champagne on its bed of bubbles.
Those fragrant lilies for trembling bellies.
Shadow of a breath regained and tamed.
Here we are on the road to eternal return.
