No to racism, yes to respect
Everyone’s rights we have to protect
Not everything is black and white
Every colour matters, diversity is key
Racism is a problem that we all must fight
Now all of you must listen to me
Choose respect over racism
White people are not at supremacism
Discriminating is a terrible crime
We must stop prejudice somehow
It’s a too common paradigm
This must be stopped right NOW
There are more horrible things on Earth
Like climate change, poverty, and death at childbirth
So how, oh how, can we afford to treat
Someone like an inanimate object
We’re all humans, we’re not obsolete
So can you just give everyone equal respect
The people who are discriminated everyday
Have a frightful time trying to find their way
When hurtful comments are lobbed at their back
All due to the colour of their skin
Just for being different, for being black
When they’re just like us, with virtue and sin
We are humans, we depend on each other
So we are everyone’s sister and everyone’s brother
We may be different, but we are still the same
So don’t try to be superior; we must have equality
If you hate black people, that’s just inhumane
No one deserves to receive your calamity
Racism is never born, but taught
In the past, against it people have fought
But the hate still runs deep
It’s not something we should foster
No to racism, out loud we must speak
For out of the good things, prejudice is an imposter
I thought that only black people can be prejudiced
When anyone of any race can received harmful mephitis
This must be stopped, it can’t continue
I can’t believe why we let this go on
We have to do something, me and you
Let’s destroy racism and make it be gone
From the Bible: Love is the fulfilling of the law
But a sight that people dreadfully saw
The murder of Martin Luther King, who sacrificed
When he was speaking for a workers’ strike
But he will always be loved by Christ
Even though black people others still dislike
No to racism; it’s against all belief
All it brings is anger and grief
As Buddha said we are all the same
We’re part of one connected humanity
Let respect be our utmost aim
We must prove haters wrong and remove their insanity
Racism threatens to tear us apart
Physically, mentally, distaste we must outsmart
The Quran teaches love and hope
No matter race, religion or creed
Allah tells us how to cope
Since we are all family in need
But alone, we will fail to fight
Only together, we will have enough might
To put an end to all discrimination
Let’s remove all racism and adversity
For in unity, there is salvation
So let’s beat racism to have peace and prosperity

I hate platitude. Good night !
How do you feel about nationalism
“They pin us against each other, then sit back and watch it happen.”
