Before we yield strength we must feel greater resistance
For instance
our muscles wouldn’t grow unless moving mandated assistance
So heartbreaks and discomfort i welcome
it is needed for mourning to pass and into happiness become
With each passing tragedy i accept the numb
Also the impacts of insecurities and feeling lonesome
We wouldn’t befriend comfort if we didn’t know pain
How can our minds be fair without experiencing insane
Through motley hardships experience we gain
Knowledge that great moments shouldn’t be lived in vain
So take my heart and continue as you are
Just know that bad karma won’t get you far
Pour gas on it, step on it, light the cigar
Without drenching rain it will eventually char
Just please dispose of it when you are done having fun
For it will find its way back to me eventually
Under the sun
Repeat the process it’s fine i will grow
For in the end my soul will have strength to sow
