i love you

but i hate myself

 

isn’t that silly?

 

i’ll do anything to make you happy

except show you the real me

 

not because i don’t love you

or because i don’t care about you

 

but because i don’t love myself

because i hate the way i look

 

and some part of me is scared that  if you see the real me

 

you’ll leave,

just like everyone else.
