not blinding with light
but a whisper in the wound
a gentle presence

in the quiet place
where shadow and soul embrace
your love fills the air

cradling the heart
where the broken meets divine
and loss is embraced

in the beginning
God spoke into the silence
form rose from formless

light parted from dark
day from night shadows fled far
and it was good then
