Unveiled love

Natalie Heisey

I know I'm jealous, guided by my heart, Can't help it, feels like I'm falling apart. Am I crazy, or just damaged inside? Need someone real, someone who won't hide.

Baby, is that you, or just another lie? Same old story, making me cry. Thought you changed, trying to be the man I need, But I can't trust you, till proof is shown to me.

Show me the truth, don't leave me in the dark, Prove your love, reignite the spark. I'm holding on, but my faith is wearing thin, Show me you're real, let the healing begin.

I've been broken, time and time again,Lost in the shadows, drowning in pain. But I see a light, could it be you? Or just another dream, that won't come true?

Baby, is that you, or just another lie? Same old story, making me cry. Thought you changed, trying to be the man I need, But I can't trust you, till proof is shown to me.

Show me the truth, don't leave me in the dark, Prove your love, reignite the spark. I'm holding on, but my faith is wearing thin, Show me you're real, let the healing begin.

I need to see, the man you claim to be, No more games, just honesty. If you love me, let your actions speak, Prove your worth, don't let me feel weak.

Show me the truth, don't leave me in the dark, Prove your love, right from the start I'm holding on, but my faith is wearing thin, Show me you're real, let our healing begin.

Understand I need to see the proof, Understand I need to know the truth. Show me you're different or we won't make it through.

Blind heart can't see very far, there shouldn't be any doubts if it's true love were chasing for. I'm waiting here, with an open heart, Hoping you play your part. But until then, I'll guard my soul, Trust is earned, and love will take its toll.
