i watched as leaves were falling on an autumn day
falling to the ground they all gently lay
trees from which they came now empty and so bare
leaves scattered on the pavement spreading everwhere
paints an autumn picture with colors by the score
red and gold and brown and a whole lot more
a lovely work of art that we can view for free
the beauty that is nature in a autumn gallery

If you are lucky to be anywhere close to north of Massachusetts in the US, these lines will fit perfectly with the beautiful fall.
