A Fear of Thought

Vishnu Kumar K

Amidst the tangles of pink wisdom,
flames up a feeble fire of freedom,
a quest to explore thoughts at random,
when stress suffocates every quantum,
tense mind spares no time for peace or boredom

But what gobbles up time isn’t just this neural flaw,
or what abrogates a dither in accomplishment by the law
of procrastination that guarantees emotional yaw
if not eased by will sharp as a saw,
all that drives through each case is a fear of thoughts.
