Let go

sorenbarrett

Lean back over black holding the branch that promises eternity

The last breath between life and death, taste your mortality

Grasp then clasp with all your strength visions of what you see

Time grows slow so you'll know the strength of the tree

Face, then embrace hollow space, hanging by a hair

Inhale deep oncoming sleep, drink flavored air

On feathered dreams gleams of beams sunny angels wear

Break fear's chains, wash away rust's stains, nothing more to impair

Dark clouds as shrouds, paint your way to the sun

Jar of joy filled, don't let it be spilled on the run

Release the sky, doesn't matter why, salvation from threads of threat spun

Walking life, on the edge of a knife a bullet in the gun

A tornado ride, the north star guide, the tail of lightning pull

In wild dance take a chance, live your life to the full
