In life there are many disappointments
And broken promises lead to disheveled minds
And soulless lovers take the frame
For the picture is not important
And all the rising sun is trying to do
Is shine a light upon others
There is no recollection of the missing world,
The missing world that is obvious;
Tanning lights abuse the friction
And loveless holidays soar,
And young love is being pulled off the shelves
For vile reasons...
Behold the mystery that endears!
I can only hope we make it out alive
For the storm is bittersweet,
There is no revelance to the evening!
For soulless lovers contain poison
That is bestowed upon the innocent
Such mysteries endure the wild
Oh soulless love!
Why must you take my banjo
And beat it with your love?
For life is gone in an instant...
I'd rather be soulless than not.
