I will surely get back to you when I come online.
The strength of a father,
The seed of Opi dynasty
In his salad days,
Nobody saw the greatness.
Kiths and kins,
Prognosticated his future,
With pessimistic thoughts
They echoed silent insults.
Eyes were blind to see
That bravery is hidden in his veins,
A birthed leader, with meek heart,
Determination runs in his eyes.
Though a sacrificial lamb,
He wrestled with the kindred spirits,
A lion is always a lion,
Victory disgraced his foes.
Today, he stands like an Iroko tree
Shedding many huts,
Huts that mocked his wits,
Birds fly high-low in the sky,
Perching on the tree for shelter.
Though the road was rough,
He found solace with the pen,
Indeed, the pen is mightier than sword,
In Mahadum, he visited hell in heaven.
He conquered lions in sheep clothing,
Many years traveled slowly,
But finally, he was Lionized,
In the witchcraft of pharmacy.
On a crossed road, he divorced
And set ablaze the ideologies
Of his confraternity,
And had intercourse with knowledge.
Though from the scientific plank,
His gifted pen births poetry,
Reconstructing the ills of the society,
Calling a spade, a spade.
Heaven has found him worthy,
To entrust a beautiful soul,
To his care, AdaEze,
An Angel from Umuchu.
Today we remember
His womb escape,
Celebrating his celebration
What an enviable personality!
