The Affliction

mtrotter1

These emotional pearls don't define me

For life has meaning

When it's misunderstood,

Behold the key to my heart!

Does it unlock the misdeeds of a fortune?

All hail to my affliction!

The sudden roses die in a battle...

And in a battle of errors I pretend

To be who I want to be

For there are many personalities in this life,

This life of ruins!

Who dares to be my anchor of treason

When all is said and done?

All hail to my affliction, once again!

Deep lies are so subtle these days

And a deep life is so profoundly stricken...

I suck the life out of Barbie dolls

And spew my anger unto you!

For a passionate heart is a passionate heart

And the heart wants what the heart wants,

How can you tell us apart

From the realest life?

For the realest life is stricken!

And pardon my affliction please

A yellow heart is the sun,

And the sun is stricken in its death

The most beautiful thing is me...

I am me, I am me, I am me

In my affliction;

How dare you say

I am not real!
