Return to Eden

James Michael

The sun did set on the earth

Darkness did prevail

Prophesies became apparent

A thousand years passed

A new world thrived

Golden landscapes appeared

A jeweled city arrived

Angels danced in the sky

Sins were repented

The world was at peace

Suffering  ended

The world returned to Eden

Good write JM. I'm reading a bit, if maybe apocryphal (i.e. only partly true, or a complete fable) of how Satan/Lucifer fell from heaven. It says he has wings, as an angel, but used one wing to keep in all his pride and selfishness. So he only had one wing left in the fight against the good angels, and so he and his hosts fell out of heaven. Something like that, anyway.
Meanwhile - somewhat akin to anyone who tries to be 'The Birdman'? (lol). I still can't fly!

I’ll have to spend some more time on this one. I would like it to be biblically correct and elaborate on the return to Eden.

Thanks for your comment and your quirky humor!

The main part of what I wrote is apocryphal, i.e. a legend; fable; bit dodgy as to the truth; etc.
I of course fell when I tried to be 'The Birdman'! That bit's true, yes? heehee.
