THE LAST DAY

Qurrathul Ain

Notice of absence from Qurrathul Ain
I'm taking a break for a while, for no specific reason. Maybe because, I don't get as much inspirations as I used to.

There might be certain things,

That you may wish for in this life,

But will not be granted upon.

You may not know,

Why things didn't turn out

The way you wanted,

Not now anyway.

But there will come a day,

The Last Day,

When you will know the answers,

To all the WHYs.

If I don’t know today why would I know any other day? Maybe I’ll die not knowing anything at all

Different beliefs. We may find the answers to them in this life. If not, then definitely in the other.

            I respect your optimism

Many of the Ulema say after the Last Day they would like to go to the Prophet (saws) with a list of questions and ask him all the right answers to law, spirituality, and the affairs of his people. At that point, I would want to leave anything to do with earth behind.

I have not heard of such a thing. But whatever it maybe, I too would want to leave everything about this world behind. As compared to what is offered there, this is nothing. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
