Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

Innocence I miss
forever in bliss
sadness forever?
not at all, never
you took it from me
now darkness I see
bad things looming
ever all consuming.

Wow! Heavy write! If this happened to you, I am terribly sorry to hear that. The evil we suffer in this world really has life-long lasting effects. I want to say, first, it takes courage to write and share and put yourself out there that way. Second, brilliant poem that is both evocative and vulnerable. I have not doubt this poem will have a positive impact on anyone going through similar experiences and/or feeling this way. Excellent write, my friend!
