PEACHY KEEN

Isaiah Castillo

Take on a shiner

for our brothers and sisters

who’ve decided to take it themselves.

I thought you said you wanted this;

I thought you said maybe this is where you belong.

“Maybe not so;

I believe my previous foe,

similar to my current, wants me hurt.”

That isn’t so;

we want you to belong

with us who believe in glowing

to become a pharaoh.

Like we’ve been told by the high command.

“I’m beginning to feel uncomfortable.”

Oh, don’t worry; it’s all
