Stepping Out (Superdry Trainers)

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

Stepping out in my Superdry trainers,
Many celebrity deaths, who'd want to be famous?
Good and positive people still exist,
Give negative naysayers a miss.
I can feel the ground shift and shake,
Filling is too rich, spoilt the cake.
Politicians dodge taxes with ease,
No Nina but death by degrees.
Around 90% are at breaking point,
Brains filled with fog, smoking a joint,
Think I'd rather stay sober minded,
Offered my old job back, quickly declined it.
