If we truly had love
Would we feel so much sadness
If we had love we would need no drugs or alcohol
We are all living to feel something
Even if it is pain and anguish
Could Adam and Eve have really loved each other
Real love makes it through good and bad
So many are dehydrating from love they never had
How could they let there children hurt
Leaving each other buried in the dirt
