How can any human being
Especially a child
B left hungry
A living soul
Suffering starvation
How can we live dead
With hot rods 4 wheelers and trucks
Gucci purse fake lashes and nails
What makes us ok every morning
Having this reality on our hearts
So many left in pain
So many left blind in the dark
As long as I live
I will never surrender to happiness
I feel it's selfish
When we all cannot be

I fall at your feet to wash them with my tears,
You only are a true human being surely,
Your poem is extraordinarily touching,
I pray for you and other poor souls,
Great poetic write that has no match,
As its meaning pierces my old heart !
An empathetic heart is heard in this poem. Hungry children pull at the heart strings. Sometimes I would rather be hungry in the belly than in the soul. Great write
