We are each worthy of a love so unconditional and rare. We are each deserving of knowing that if the pieces ever shall fall, our someone will be there. We are worthy of knowing the truth no matter how ugly it is. We are worthy of knowing deep down “we’ve got this.” We are worthy even when we doubt; that our someone won’t leave; instead they’ll help us figure it out. We are worthy of someone telling us not only when we’re right but when we may be wrong. No sugar coated tongue; that’s a played out song. We’re not meant to do life alone. Sometimes one learns best on their own. Not for too long but just enough to heal. This way he or she can be fully present with you. That’s what makes it more real. We are all worthy of a love that’s safe and true. A love that guides us; not one that tells us what we should do.
