All the time spent climbing ladders

All to climb and stop when dead

All the time spent wanting wishes

All to want and stop when dead

 

All the time spent loving people 

All to love and stop when dead

All the time spent fighting people 

All to fight and forgive when dead

 

All the time spent earning freedom 

While we lose a life to live 

All the time spent making errors 

Not to correct before we're dead
