Job Welime

Philippians 4:8 says to think about things that are pure and lovely,
No wonder I can't get you off my mind so easily.
Each time I look at you, I see why Jesus would leave the ninety-nine,
And chase after one, the way your heart aligns with mine.

Not to be rude, but if you get any hotter, God might send another flood,
You’re fire and grace, a gift from above, a spark in my blood.
I know Jesus came to set us free, to show us how love’s meant to be,
So since you’re free, why don’t you spend some time with me?

Let’s walk like we’re disciples, hand in hand, side by side,
With a love that reflects His truth, unashamed and sanctified.
We’ll pray together, laugh together, let our hearts be renewed,
Because in this journey of faith, all I want is to walk with you.

I promise to honor you, to see you through His eyes,
To be patient, to be kind, to never wear a disguise.
In you, I see a Proverbs 31 kind of heart,
And I’d be blessed to cherish you, set-apart from the start.

So what do you say? Let’s step out in faith,
Because I’m ready to love you, by His grace, day by day.
