Remember, the gunpowder, treason and plot,
House of Commons and so-called Lords forgot.
Welcome to the future, the year is now 2075,
Powers and principalities crash and collide.
Journey into oblivion, a one world government,
Elitists have us all bound, pickaxing at cement.
Loud fireworks on the 5th are a distant memory,
November of yesteryears, a good meal with family,
Freedom never been free in this sordid society.
Remember, we're like chickens on a huge farm,
An open air prison filled with anger and harm.

Great write
Cheers, bit of dark sci-fi lol.
You're welcome
How am I gonna remember it if it's not here for 51 years yet?! heehee. Note to self: use ya brain cells!
Haha!
Another dystopian vision as likely as any of the others.
Indeed, I'm hoping we have a positive future though.
So am I, even if it seems increasingly unlikely though....
We should never give up hope.
