Self Belief Self Belief

Kevin Hulme

Self Belief Self Belief,

Forever being told ,it’s like drilling the Teeth

Be true to yourself, endeavour and strive,

Give One-Hundred Percent with Vigour and Drive.

There’s  nothing you can’t do when Coaching the Mind,

Your Goals are in sight ,Very soon you will find.

Self Belief Self Belief , a slogan for Life ,

Uplifting and Brief.

On every T.V. and Radio the same ,

All Sporting Events , Every distance and Game.

But I’ve often wondered, Should it cause you some grief;

If  our dear Father Christmas -has the  old Self Belief?

    This made me smile. Yeah, you hear nasty pasties on TV say they are just being true to themselves. Hmmm... And your comment calling for Nurse made tickled me too.
