Shattered Love

Shattered love

In shadows where the whispers fade,
Two hearts once danced, now there’s only stabbing blade.

Sweet promises, like glass, they shatter,
Echoes of once happy laughter, now just a clatter.

Ours was once a flame that brightly burned,
Now a flicker, love cold and overturned.

Vivid memories still linger, haunting my every sighs,
Once we had sweet conversations, now only bitter fights.

Yet in the cracks of our messy lives, a lesson gleams,
From this shattered love, we will weave new dreams.

Though paths have parted and hearts still ache,
In every ending, still new beginnings rise to wake.

We can learn by our mistakes. A sad tale not uncommon. I enjoyed reading you.
