Transient Duality

Salvia.S

The life is a rose,
Offered to thee,
You can hold the bloom,
Enjoy the fragrance and rejoice,
Or you can hold the thorns,
Endure the pain and bleed,
It is merely your choice
The rose shall fade, all knows

My comments on the poem “Transient duality”
The poem says that, by and large, two choices are offered to us. In life, hold the rose or the thorns. With the rose, there are bloom and fragrance. With the thorns there are pain and bleeding. It’s up to us what we choose. The last line points out the short life of the rose. Thus,if we waste time we will lose the chances of our life. Soman Ragavan.
