Duality Of Tears

Duality Of Tears

There are tears for every season,

Sometimes happy, sad or no reason.

Some are joyous, sparkling and shine,

You share yours and I share mine.

The most innocent are those of a newborn baby,

They’re the purest, could be, maybe.

We brew them deep within our heart,

As we poor them out through the eyes, a vital part.

Than there’re others born of fear and pain,

Washing away our sorrows like a stormy rain.

Some are sadly silent, never ending,

As grieving one’s their final fair wells are sending.

Yes some tears can hurt, but others can be quite healing,

In their flow we find a renewed feeling.

They cleanse the soul and wash away the strife,

Opening the path forward and embrace new life.

Let tears flow then, whether happy or sad,

Only in their release we can find what we had.

A gifted chance to reflect, to truly feel,

This is the duality of tears and their amazing power to reveal!
