I Am A Mirror To The Narcissist

mtrotter1

I give you my roses

But you dump them in the toilet

I give you my heart

But you stomp on it

And there is a sense of trauma bonding

We share

And there is a sense of screaming

In the walls,

Yet I love you anyway

For you are the belle of the ball

For you are the man with a blonde wig

And you are my b***h,

And how does it feel now

To be my slave?

I can do whatever I want now

To you,

For I am your mirror

And I am your worst nightmare

I can color you red

And make you a red flag!

So how does it feel

To treat people like crap

When you know that you are wrong?

Yes I am a mirror!

Yet you will never know

Just how vulnerable you really are

When the whole world turns against you...

And someday you will know

How the poppies taste,

For they are sure bitter--

Now you know how it feels

To be less than a human being,

My feelings exactly!

As you are the major problem...

For the problem is you!

For narcissists are weak

In the pit of their souls,

How dare you be so brutally handsome

While taking a bath

In dirty water?

And you call me crazy...

Yet I am crazy about you,

I love you more than life itself

Can't you tell?

And here is a human romance

For all to remember,

I kiss the rain

Yet you are the sun--

Remember me when I am lost.
