Notice of absence from arqios
an absence of Presence conjures Absenceโฆ
an absence of Presence conjures Absenceโฆ
Alphabet soup, a tangled blend,
Conveying meanings end to end.
Representing words so clear,
Orders concise, bringing cheer.
Nuanced notions packed so tight,
Yearning for brevity’s delight.
Manifest in every field,
S**ecrets in their shorthand revealed.

Cryptic this poem sends a hidden message. So often in poetry messages are sent through metaphor, analogies, and in parable form. These hidden messages like alphabet soup spell out hidden meanings. I often feel like an occultist When writing using symbols to convey meaning. This was a fun read, but one with a message.
Ah, so are we cut from similar cloth... perhaps the alphabet soup does speak as much as tea leaves in a cup!
lol oh yes a great acrostic. Just because there is cheer and all. ๐น
It was probably an attempt to liven up a weekend that was turning a bit dark, droll, lol. Thanks kindly.

Thanks Thad, I used to marvel at my mum and her tickler notepad taking away dictation using Gregg shorthand - it blew my mind that there could be other languages besides our ABC, XYZ affair in kindy!
