What what a songlist, gotta make a mixtape of this oh but perhaps just use Spotify or Youtube now... lol
I am an old person and to me you cannot beat the sound of a live concert for example when it is recorded on vinyl, and not sanitized by electronics, apart from the fact i have no idea how to use Spotify etc, old age syndrome
I have had to adapt with every new upgrade... lol defeated by Mamon, from reels to 8 tracks and every music tech along a long line ... what is next... i don't know... But I need my music... that's enough motivation to ride that wave.lol.
A nice emotionally and culturally motivated write. Many thanks)

Wonderful write! I have a very eclectic ear and, truth be told, was listening to a lot of 60s and 70s music back in July. The Doors, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, ABBA, Donna Sommer, The Carpenters, Donovan, The Beatles, The Stones, Queen, Black Sabbath (of course), Neil Diamond, Chic, The Young Rascals, etc...had a whole playlist going! All this to say, well done my friend and thank you for bringing back my own memories of the summer and great music!
Thank you Tristan for your lovely comment, it is music that is still played and fills the dance floors all these years later, will todays music do the same, somehow i do not think so.
Hard to imagine for most of it, though I have found a few gems here and there. Overall though, I agree. Those classics never, ever grow old. You are most welcome Tobani! Glad our paths have crossed! πβ€οΈ
