**CAUTION - SATIRE AHEAD**
Met davil on the way home
Sitting on sidewalk in dusty torn clothes
Sat by his side
Two lost souls searching for reasons
In their inconsolable minds
Fading Sun lit up their faces
Vengeance of dying killed their dignity
Highlighting pitiful looks for all to see
Softly said Devil
"I lost to God;
Vengeance of all merciful
So many lives HIS wrath did cost.
Feel impotent in my forgiveness,
Tried so hard and failed so many times
Couldn't rob so many people of their lives"
Chipped in I
"HE made me chase peace and dignity,
Mirages were they, lost my mind"
Devilish grin spread on his tired face
"Behold my brother, the mercy of GOD
In defeat, He made us winners
In the game of loss"

There is always a bright side. A fun story, always felt sorry for the devil. He drew the short straw and had to take all the blame. He sounded like a fun guy too, the kind you would like to go to the bar with and hang out with. A most fun read.
