My mind rest
I needed to let my mind rest,
it was becoming stressed.
Needed to be a break,
I mean to take a break.
Had to sit silent and like glue,
watching each snowflake in my view.
Thousands past my watching eyes,
a polar bear getting shot and dies.
The things through the flakes I see,
falling gently in front of me.
Greek beaches with white sand,
touched by a breezes cold hand.
This is a calming mental test,
it helps my mind relax, to rest.
Thinking of what is in my view,
and the shoveling I have to do.
I needed to let my mind rest,
it was becoming stressed.

Had to shovel too much snow in my life so moved south where I'll never see another flake. You brought back old memories. Nicely written
It paints the picture for you, enjoyed the read
